Thanks for shopping with Alfa Appliances. We keep things simple, fair, and transparent. By placing an order (online or in-store), you agree to the terms below.

1) About Us

"Alfa Appliances", "we", "us", and "our" refer to our UK business based in North London (N16). "You" or "your" means the customer placing the order.

2) Making an Order

A binding contract is created once we've accepted payment and confirmed your delivery.

If a price or listing error slips through, we'll correct it and let you know right away. You can proceed at the corrected details or receive a full refund.

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

3) Delivery

Delivery dates and time slots are estimated. We always try to be on time, but traffic, weather, and operational delays can happen.

We are not liable for missed time slots, delays, or the behaviour of third-party couriers. We'll still help you get it sorted quickly.

Please make sure there's safe, clear access and that the appliance will fit through doors, hallways, and stairs. If delivery can't be completed because access isn't suitable or no one is home, a re-delivery charge may apply.

If you've booked recycling: We will disconnect and remove your old appliance safely as part of that service. Once taken away, it's recycled responsibly and can't be returned.

Regarding installation: We don't move plumbing, furniture, or electrical sockets—we don't touch the worktop or make any alterations to your property's current layout.

5) Damages & What to Do

Check your appliance on arrival. If it's damaged or develops a fault straight away, tell us within 48 hours and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We don't cover indirect or consequential loss (for example time off work or loss of use).

6) Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Items (Summary)

  • Cooling-off: Cancel within 14 days if the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • After dispatch but before delivery: Product refunds are issued minus delivery/service costs already incurred.
  • Used/installed items: Non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Faulty window: If something's wrong within 10 days of delivery or installation, we'll replace or refund after inspection. After 10 days, manufacturer warranty/service repair applies.

7) Product Info & Images

We do our best to show accurate descriptions and images, but small variations in colour, finish or specification can occur.

8) Force Majeure

If events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, transport disruption) affect your order, we'll keep you updated—but we can't accept liability for those rare situations.

9) Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
